As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Program Manager to join our dedicated team. The Enterprise Program Management role will have high visibility in the organization and drive our company’s most significant, high-impact and transformative initiatives. The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment between different stakeholders (incl. senior management).
The Enterprise Program Manager works with the Associate Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office to coordinate the enterprise-wide project and program management framework, tools and best practices ensuring consistent and effective project delivery across the organization. This program manager is an individual contributor role that works cross functionally on programs, process improvements and manages the execution of projects and initiatives. This role collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities. This program manager supports the bi-weekly enterprise project management update meeting for senior leadership providing project and risk updates and discussion of key decision points. This role does not have managerial responsibilities.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Initiate, plan, and execute projects from inception to completion while adhering to defined timelines, scope, and budget.
Create comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, tasks, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and results to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for upcoming projects and product enhancements.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for the development team.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and propose actionable solutions.
Prepare for and participate in a monthly enterprise program management update meeting for senior leadership providing project and risk updates and discussion of key decision points.
Responsible for continuous improvement efforts across the organization and the EPMO that involve data analysis and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years’ professional experience in project management and program management.
2+ years’ professional experience managing large-scale enterprise projects.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with different departments and teams.
Demonstrated experience applying strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with Project Management tools (e.g. Monday, Smartsheets or MS Project), statistical software, LucidCharts and PowerBI.
Experience applying strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience applying strong understanding of project management best practices and experience developing and implementing project management methodologies and tools.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
College degree in business management or statistics.
Proven experience in the Ed-Tech industry.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
Demonstrated experience with process improvement projects (incl. six sigma).
Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000/year
Exemption Status: Exempt
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to concentrate and multi-task for long periods of time in a noisy/busy environment. Must be able to travel and work more than 40 hours per week on occasion.
The position is eligible for remote employment, excluding the following locations: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming.
