Purpose & overall relevance for the organization:

Drive quality, sustainable and profitable omni-channel (brick & mortar and digital) growth for the reebok brand across u.s. Wholesale, focused on identified key account retail partners across channels such as amazon, foot locker, champs, finish line, dsw, journeys, hibbett sports, rack room and famous footwear. Steer thoughtful, data driven sell-in to achieve optimal retail sales & margin potential, to accelerate u.s. Commercial brand awareness and demand. Create and manage omni-channel business plans, rooted in retail-based metrics, for critical u.s. Commercial partners, in alignment with key internal and external stakeholders. Success in role will demonstrate an clear focus/emphasis on the acceleration of digital side of the business.

 

Key responsibilities:

Assume role as omni-channel commercial brand manager internally & externally

Manage day-to-day holistic (omnichannel) health of reebok’s financial position at assigned key accounts, anchored in the nrf retail calendar, focused on sales, margin & turn/inventory

Drive the seasonal retail planning process for account base; create/manage account facing financial plans, ladder plans and vendor assistance plans quarterly (by category & gender across footwear and apparel)

Support go-to-market (ctc) function in seasonal forecasting (in-line & strategic) + program kpis, in line with seasonal milestones for b&m and digital

Oversee the analysis of dropship programs in account base, actively work cross functionally/in-hand with the digital partner commerce team

Identify and drive areas of growth at retail with sales teams (i.e. Chase opportunity, article/door growth, dropship, digital, etc.)

Identify and drive mitigation of watch outs with sales teams (slow st, anticipated va, etc.)

Drive on-going reporting of reebok’s performance at retail across channels for assigned account base on a weekly/monthly/seasonal/annual basis

Support the integration of digital into holistic strategic account plans and jbps, business modeling and scenario planning

Monitor digital landscape (macro) to identify and drive areas of growth at retail with dpc team on opportunities to drive demand digitally

Adhoc support to digital partner commerce function on emarketplace strategy

 

Key relationships:
Sales, finances, sales operations, go-to-market (ctc), demand planning, consumer insights, trade marketing, global business analytics, key account business planning teams

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Must be proficient in microsoft office products, most notably excel

Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written language skills in english

Ability to multitask

Fluency in retail math/key retail metrics (aggregate level by account and sales channel)
Requisite education and experience / minimum qualifications:

5 years’ experience in business/financial planning, analytics or related field

Retail planning fluency essential

Ability to travel domestically approx. 20% of the time (once the company travel policy allows for travel when deemed safe given the pandemic)

Strong presentation skills to small & large groups alike (internal & external key account facing)

Comfort & confidence in ability to collaboration and influence internal and external business partners

Champion the optimization of omni-channel business planning

Consumer first mindset

Demonstration of grit and flexibility to adjust on the go with a rapidly evolving consumer and retail landscape
