The Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) is hiring for an Administrative Services Analyst I, II, and III.

THE POSITION

The Administrative Services Analyst I analyzes and makes recommendations for the solution of less complex problems of organization, budget, systems, procedures, program, facilities planning, general management, and health and safety at the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA); analyzes and makes recommendations for the solution of more difficult and complex problems under close supervision and guidance.

The Administrative Services Analyst II analyzes and makes recommendations for the solution of a variety of problems of organization, budget, systems and procedures, program, facilities planning, general management, and health and safety at the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA).

The Administrative Services Analyst III defines, analyzes, and makes recommendations for the solution of highly complex operating, budgetary and financing, and other management problems of the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) and participates in the implementation of their solution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

ASAI: A Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university OR One (1) year of experience in a highly specialized clerical capacity working in support of a program preparing statistical reports, developing, monitoring and maintaining data bases.

ASA II: Two (2) years of experience in a staff capacity analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems of organization, systems and procedures, program, budget or personnel OR One (1) year of experience at the level of Staff Assistant I, LACERA, or Administrative Services Analyst I, LACERA analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems of organization, administration, budget, or personnel.

ASA III: Three (3) years of experience in a staff capacity analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems of organization, systems and procedures, programs, risk management, health and safety, facility planning, budget, or personnel, one year of which must have been in a responsible staff capacity in the administrative staff organization of a department or a central administrative staff organization OR One (1) years’ experience at the level of Administrative Services Analyst II, LACERA, Staff Assistant II, LACERA, or Administrative Assistant II.
