How the Momentum Path Works:

You’ll begin with your Career Momentum Audit, followed by a Momentum Roadmap Strategy Session—a live small-group experience that maps out your next level goals.

Then you’ll move into Momentum 360, an advanced learning pathway focused on leadership readiness, influence, decision-making power, workplace politics, and executive presence.

Each month, you’ll participate in two guided support experiences:
