Receive your personalized strategic roadmap built using The Career Power Method™. Based on your assessment, you’ll be matched to one of three pathways—Clarity & Security, Positioning & Advancement, or Advocacy & Protection—so you know exactly where to focus and why.
Step 3: Put Your Plan Into Action
Put your plan into action over 3-6 months at $179/month. Each month includes live group coaching with Sherry Sims featuring hot-seat strategy sessions, skill-building Anchor Labs, 24/7 AI support from Nia™, strategic tools and resources for your pathway, connection with a peer community, and you can add a 1:1 coaching option at a member rate.
Step 4: Transition When You’re Ready

What happens after I complete the program?

We don’t offer refunds because your $179 fee gives you immediate access to your strategic assessment, personalized plan, and the complete program. This ensures everyone who enters is committed; however, since you are on a montly plan, you can cancel at any time.
