The Strategic Advisory Session is a focused 90-minute coaching session focused entirely on your specific challenge, goal, or any career situation that needs an experienced eye to help you create a strategy for your next move. 

Structure: 1 Session, 90 minutes

Multi-Sessions

Some challenges require more than one session.  The Strategic Advisory Multi-Session is 1:1 advisory work for the Black woman navigating something deeper and ready to tackle it and build a strategy around it. Every session is focused on you,  your workplace, your goals, and your career trajectory.  No one-size-fits-all solution. Just focused guidance that meets you where you are and moves you towards your goals.

Structure: Four 1:1 sessions, 90 minutes each

The Power Moves 360 Cohort is our signature 90-day leadership development experience built specifically for Black women who are done playing small, done being overlooked, and ready to show up with the kind of presence, positioning, and power that commands attention and opens doors. This is about transforming how you move through your career and changing its trajectory.

Over 90 days, you work through the full Career Authority framework, building your Self-Advocacy, sharpening your Workplace Power Skills, securing your Career Protection, and activating your Strategic Advancement.  Alongside other Black women navigating the same challenges, you get the clarity of personalized 1:1 coaching and the validation of a community that truly gets it.
