Job Summary:

Works closely with the Principal Investigator (PIs), researchers, and other members of the project team, including graduate students and undergraduate volunteers. Supports and manages a multi-year NIMH R01 grant on adolescents’ social media use, sleep, and anxiety. Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the project, working closely with the PI in the implementation of activities associated with the project.

Participates in the development/maintenance of protocols, forms, materials, and procedures manuals.
Coordinates the participant recruitment, scheduling, and compensation.
Creates meeting agendas and presentations.
Manages IRB amendments.
Coordinates the data management, preparation of forms/documents in accordance with appropriate policies/procedures, proofreading/editing.
Manages the onboarding of new project members.
Maintains the project website and social media accounts.
Serves as a resource coordination with relevant university departments.
Obtains pricing, quotes, and pre-purchasing for equipment and supplies.
Assists in data collection, compilation, and documentation.
May supervise lower level staff
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience.


Desired Qualifications:

Experience working in Higher Education.


Salary: $40,000 – $45,000


Work Schedule:

Begin time: 8:30 AM
End time: 5:00 PM
