Please note: This position is contingent on the company securing the necessary funding, and is anticipating a Mid-March start date.


Administrative & HR

  • Lead personnel events, wellness activities, and food-related scheduling and logistics
  • Lead employee, intern, and contractor onboarding/offboarding
  • Assist with hiring, performance reviews, and other administrative tasks
  • Ensure that files are maintained and current

Facilities & IT

  • Manage and maintain facilities and IT infrastructure that affect quality, support or retain personnel—including employee efficiency and happiness drivers
  • Maintain contact with landlord, facilities, space, or office managers of the work space and/or building (as applicable) to ensure resource availability for supporting maintenance of facilities and IT
  • Manage accounts and assist with light IT help

Marketing & Sales

  • Manage sales orders/invoices, communicate with customers, and coordinate shipping
  • Lead coordination of conference logistics, work with Design/Marketing to maximize Common Sensing exposure and awareness at events

Product Development Support

  • Participate in product development activities as needed by Product Development team, such as testing


  • Manage and/or use a budget to support above activities

Education, Experience, and Background Requirements

  • Ability to operate a computer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite
  • Training and Skill Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
