ABOUT US

We believe we rise by lifting others. Our mission is to connect, advise, and mentor people and organizations working to create radically positive political change. We imagine a world where progressive campaigns win at every level of the ballot, and women, LGBTQIA+, and marginalized groups come together to build power. We advise leading progressive organizations, create powerful communities, and develop in-depth, high-quality training opportunities that foster connections, mentorship and share the unwritten rules of succeeding in state and local politics.

We are brave, bold, smart, a little bossy, radically positive, and most of all, kind. We are unapologetic about what it takes to win. We hate losing, and we’re tired of watching progressive campaigns lose, especially at the state and local level. We are beyond tired of the systems that have kept women and marginalized communities on the political sidelines.
